Twenty founder seats, free forever

CodeMote is in a closed beta of exactly twenty founder seats, and every one

of them is free forever. Here is how that works and why it is shaped this

way.

Why twenty

CodeMote is built by one developer. At this stage, the constraint on making

the product better is not traffic, it is the quality of feedback per user.

Twenty people who genuinely run their day through the product (real

projects, real agents, real "this broke at the worst moment" reports) teach

me more than five thousand signups ever could. Small on purpose, for now.

What a founder seat is

A founder seat is the whole product, not a trial tier:

requests, running against machines you own.

"Forever" means forever: when the paid Pro tier opens for everyone who

arrives later, founder seats stay free. That is the deal for being early

and for telling me what hurts.

What I ask in return

Use it for real work, and complain loudly. The most valuable thing a

founder can send me is a specific annoyance: the pairing step that took two

tries, the terminal that didn't feel native, the agent approval you wished

you could grant faster. The product is shaped by that list.

How to claim one

The landing page shows how many seats are left; claiming one takes a

sign-in and a minute of setup. If the counter says sold out, the same page

takes a notify address for the Pro opening. And if you want to see what

you'd be getting first, connect a machine: the whole loop, from

npx codemote-cli start to a live workspace, fits in about a minute.
